Before your condo move: a strata checklist
- Book the elevator. Most strata buildings need a move-in or move-out booking through the building manager or concierge, often days in advance. Some require a refundable damage deposit.
- Check move hours. Many buildings restrict moves to weekdays or set daytime windows.
- Loading bay or street parking. Confirm whether the truck can use the loading bay, and whether the parkade has a height limit.
- Book both ends. If you are moving between two buildings, book both elevators so the times line up.

A studio or one-bedroom condo move is a flat $599, and a 20% deposit ($120) books your date. A two-bedroom typically runs $800 to $1,400. We do not add stair, long-carry, or high-floor surcharges; we price for your building's access up front.
