No surprise charges for a packed unit. We price by what we haul, from a quarter truck load at $159 up to a full load at $599, confirmed up front, whether it is a 5x5 locker or a 10x20. An upper-floor unit costs the same as a drive-up one.
How a storage unit cleanout works
Let the facility know we are coming and arrange access, or meet us at the unit. Storage facilities have gate hours, so we book the cleanout within them. We empty the unit, sort anything you want to keep, and leave it swept and ready to hand back.
Need the unit empty before the next month's rent is due? Same-day pickup is guaranteed anywhere in Metro Vancouver, at no extra charge (same-day junk removal).
Ground-floor and upper-floor units
Ground-floor drive-up units are quickest, but upper-floor units are no problem; we use the facility's elevators and carts to bring everything down.

Bought a unit at auction? We clear it quickly so you can go through what is worth keeping, and haul the rest.
