1. Call or book online
Tell us the year, make, and model, whether it runs, and whether you have the keys. Call 604-348-7640 or send the form.
2. We pick a time
We book a removal time that works for you.
3. We haul it away
We check the owner's ID and registration, then take the vehicle away. There is nothing to pay.

What you need
The registered owner needs to show ID and the vehicle's registration when we pick it up.
Before pickup, take the licence plates off and cancel the vehicle's insurance at an Autoplan broker. The plates and insurance stay with you, not the car.
