Unit turnovers and move-outs

Whatever a tenant leaves: furniture, mattresses, appliances, boxes and broken shelving. We carry it out of the suite, single items included, and there is no extra charge for an upper floor or a building without an elevator. Strata buildings and common areas

In a strata or rental building, book the elevator or loading bay with the building first, then send us the window and we size the crew to finish inside it. We also clear what collects in shared spaces: furniture dumped beside the bins, storage-room leftovers, and debris after a common-area renovation (renovation debris removal).

A former tenant's belongings

B.C.'s Residential Tenancy Regulation sets out what a landlord has to do with personal property a tenant leaves behind. In general, the landlord stores it for at least 30 days, but may dispose of it sooner if storing an item would be unsanitary or unsafe, if the property's total market value is under $1,000, or if removing, storing and selling it would cost more than it would sell for. Items a tenant has told you in writing have personal value follow special rules. (Residential Tenancy Regulation, B.C. Reg. 477/2003, sections 30.3 to 30.91, as amended by B.C. What we don't take

Drywall, anything that may contain asbestos, and hazardous waste such as paint, fuel, chemicals and full propane tanks. Empty propane tanks can go with the load. Electronics go through our e-waste pickup, priced separately, and tires are priced like the rest of the load.

Pricing
