Apartment & Condo Junk Removal in Metro Vancouver

Junk removal from apartments and condos is mostly about getting things down: a couch from the 20th floor, a mattress down three flights of a walk-up, a storage locker in the parkade. We carry it all out of your suite, and there is no extra charge for a high floor or a building without an elevator.

How it works in a building

1. Book the elevator or loading bay

If your building has an elevator or loading bay to book, book it with your strata, building manager or concierge first. Each building sets its own rules, so check yours.

2. Tell us the window

Call or text 604-348-7640 with the time you have booked, the floor, and what's going. If the loading bay is underground, tell us its height clearance. A photo of the items helps us confirm the price.

3. We carry it down and haul it away

We bring everything down from the suite, load it, and leave. You pay the price we confirmed.

Single items from a suite

You don't need a full load. One couch, a mattress or a dresser, carried down from your unit, is priced by what it takes up in the truck: furniture carried out runs $99 to $349. Move-outs and end of tenancy

Moving out, or clearing a unit after a tenant leaves? We take everything that isn't going with you, from furniture and boxes to the patio set on the balcony. Same-day pickup is guaranteed anywhere in Metro Vancouver at no extra charge (same-day junk removal), which helps when the keys go back today. Appliances go free (free appliance pickup).

Walk-ups, towers and parkade lockers

• Walk-ups: no elevator means every piece comes down the stairs. It costs the same; just tell us the floor so we send enough people.
• Towers: book the elevator for long enough to clear the unit, and tell us the window so we can finish inside it.
• Storage lockers and parkades: we clear lockers and parkade storage rooms too; tell us where the locker is and how to get in.

What we don't take

Drywall, anything that may contain asbestos, and hazardous waste such as paint, fuel, chemicals and full propane tanks. Electronics go through our e-waste pickup, priced separately.

Pricing

Priced by how much junk there is and what kind, from $69 for a single item at the curb to $599 for a full truck, with the dump fees included (see every price). The floor, the stairs and the walk to the truck don't change it.
