A flat $699, for any garage and any amount. If it takes more than one truckload, the price stays the same.

A hoarding cleanout runs $800 to $6,000 per project, depending on how much there is to clear. The price is scoped up front, including multiple truckloads, and agreed before we begin.

From $159 for a quarter truck load to $599 for a full load, set by how much is in the unit and what kind of things they are, with the dump fees included. An upper-floor unit costs the same as a drive-up one.

Estate cleanouts start at $399 per project. We assess the home, agree on what stays and what goes, and confirm the price before starting, with recycling and disposal included.

An e-waste pickup runs $99 to $399, depending on how much there is. It is priced separately from the rest of a junk load, and we confirm the price before we arrive.

A couch, sofa bed or sectional that we carry out runs $99 to $349, depending on its size, with the dump fee included and no extra charge for stairs. A single couch you have already put at the curb is our lower curbside rate.

A mattress pickup runs $69 to $99 per mattress, with the recycling fee included. Stairs and upper floors don't add to it. Adding the box spring or bed frame to the same pickup usually costs less than booking them separately.

The same as any other day. There is no same-day surcharge: the price is set by how much junk there is and what kind, with the dump fees included. The pricing table has every range.

A load runs $149 to $449, set by the volume it fills in the truck, with the dump fees included. Soil and sod are priced differently from light trimmings because they are so much heavier for their size.

Desks, office chairs, filing cabinets, shelving, display fixtures, electronics, and general junk. We clear a single room or a whole floor.

Tile, lumber, flooring, old kitchen and bathroom cabinets, and fixtures such as toilets and sinks, plus the packaging from your new materials. For anything else from the reno, like a bathtub, countertop or carpet, ask us when you book. We don't take drywall, asbestos or hazardous materials.

Yes. Property managers can be invoiced monthly instead of paying job by job.

Yes. We cut the tub into sections on site and carry it out through gates and side yards. For the rare tub that cannot come out any other way, we can bring in a crane. A crane or any deck work is an extra cost, and we confirm it in your quote before the job.

No. Let the facility know we are coming and arrange access, or meet us at the unit. We book the cleanout within the facility's gate hours.

No. Point at it and we carry it out, from a basement, an upstairs bedroom or an apartment. If your building has an elevator or loading bay to book, book it and tell us the window.

We don't haul drywall. If it came out of your own home, Metro Vancouver's used-drywall program takes it at its recycling and waste centres and at the Vancouver Landfill in Delta: double-bagged, up to ten 10 kg bags per visit and five visits a year. Drywall from contractors and businesses isn't accepted under the program, so a contractor needs a drywall recycler.

Yes, if it's used drywall from your own home. The Vancouver Landfill in Delta is one of the drop-off sites in Metro Vancouver's used-drywall program, along with Metro Vancouver's recycling and waste centres. The City of Vancouver's transfer station on Kent Avenue doesn't take it.

A working one is sometimes donated. The rest go to a collection site in BC's large-appliance recycling program (MARR) or a Metro Vancouver recycling and waste centre, where the refrigerant is removed by a certified technician before the unit is recycled.

Our junk removal service clears mixed loads in one visit, priced by how much of the truck the load fills. Old appliances are picked up free on their own.

Metro Vancouver warns that drywall installed before 1990 may contain asbestos in the tape and mud. We don't take asbestos or anything suspected of containing it.

Our long-distance moves within BC currently range from $2,000 to $9,000, depending on home size, distance and packing help. Moves to Alberta run from $3,000 to $10,000. Mileage and fuel are included in the quote, so the price we confirm is the price you pay.

Our hourly rate is $120 to $180 for 2 movers and a truck. A studio or one-bedroom is a flat $599; larger homes run from $800 to $1,400 for a two-bedroom up to $1,800 to $3,500 for a four-bedroom home.

Our piano moves are a flat price: currently $250 to $500 for an upright, and up to $800 for a grand. Where your piano lands in that range depends on the piano type and size and the distance. Stairs, tight turns and long carries never change the price. We confirm the price before the move, so there is no extra charge at the door.
