How fast can you confirm pricing?
Phone, WhatsApp, or the online quote form gets a tailored quote in roughly 60 seconds during business hours.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, debit, certified cheque, or e-transfer. Final pricing includes GST once confirmed.
Junk removal
Do you offer same-day junk pickup?
When trucks are nearby we can dispatch same-day. Expect a surcharge of $50–$150 quoted before we dispatch.
What junk items won't you haul?
We follow Metro Vancouver bylaws plus WorkSafeBC disposal rules — hazardous liquids, asbestos, explosives, bio-waste stay out of our trucks.
Moving
What areas do your movers serve?
We serve all 19 core Metro Vancouver communities including Vancouver, Burnaby, Surrey, Richmond, and the Fraser Valley fringe. Same-day mover dispatch is usually available.
Are you licensed and insured for residential moves?
Yes. We carry commercial liability coverage and protective equipment so your belongings are safeguarded floor-to-floor.
